Storage-Center Cockpit

Added a shelf to improve storage.

Added a shelf (approximately 23" x 33") cut to fit the shape of the cockpit.

I special ordered a large enough piece of Starboard from West Marine. Then I used a large piece of cardboard to cut out a template.
